Milex is GREAT! Albert is an extremely honorable guy (a former Navy guy I understand). I totally trust them to do exceptional work, take good care of my cars and do it all at a good price. Everything is always fully explained to me and it is impossible to believe there is a better auto care place out there. I've been using them for several years. I take supremely good care of my all my cars including one that is 18 years old and it's comforting to know I have a partner to keep them running great.

We have been going to their place doing oil change and regular maintains for a couple of times. They are very professional and friendly. The cost is also very reasonable. We are very happy to find a good mechanic like them in the neighborhood.

Everytime I go something else is broken or not put back together correctly. Service fees go up and quality of work goes down.

Wow! I am en route from Baltimore to Indianapolis and had to stop to get an oil change. I was blown away by the kind, professional service and the clean, wonderful amenities- and they did an incredible quick job on the car. They have a quiet comfy little room with wifi, couches, and toys- a perfect place to entertain a little one, or in my case, get some work done while I waited! Worth every penny.

Milex is run by knowledgeable experienced Mechanics who really work hard to make quality repairs fast and accurate. They have fully explained any repairs they have done to any of the cars I have taken there in past 10 years. And the office staff is outstanding! Calls are always promptly returned and estimates given right over the phone always turn out to be accurate.

I just moved to Frederick, needed to find a garage. Customer service was awesome! They even fit me in to a last minute appointment when I was fearful to drive my car another week till my original appointment!!!

Taking my car to Milex in Frederick was the best decision I've made in months! I'd been having problems with a leak that had cropped up suddenly, and another repair shop had suggested lots of expensive testing that just didn't seem reasonable. I brought my car to Milex based on the great reviews from other customers, and I'm so glad I did! They found and fixed the problem right away, which the other shop should have easily been able to do. Milex took care of my car in such an honest and straight-forward manner, and I am so grateful! In addition to being honest, the people there are super nice, plus their rates are very fair. I will definitely be taking my car to Milex from now on.

The crew at Milex has always taken great care of my car, as well as me! On top of a feeling that they are truly working in your best interest, they seem to be able to help ease the minds of people who are facing large/costly repairs. I drive 135 miles from home to have them service my car EVERY TIME!!! I have had two vehicles taken care of by them, and as long as I live in MD will continue to have them care for my vehicles. I have and continue to refer people to them for auto care needs. Keep up the amazing job guys!!!
