Albert , Steve and Betty at Milex restored my believe that good honest repair service is still available in the auto repair industry. An experience at the dealership where I purchased the car and have taken it regularly for years for servicing had left me disheartened. The Dealership virtually held me hostage for either, what turn out to be unneeded expensive repairs or the purchase of one of their new cars. They even suggested my car was unsafe to drive. I've only been to Milex once but it was an excellent experience. The prices are fair, the waiting room is clean, they offer free coffee, and the owner, Albert, is extremely friendly and helpful. Will return.

One of our cars had a severe safety issue come up and Milex got us in right away. They are always there for us for regular service and unplanned issues. Great place, great service and great people to work with.

I am writing this review on behalf of my boss who just phoned me and told me a most incredible story. On a Saturday at 2 pm my boss broke down with his 2005 Mercedes 320 CLK far from home in NJ. These people performed a MIRACLE and worked beyond normal hours to fix a totally complicated electrical problem on his car. He reported that while he waited he was given a private waiting room with a TV, Coffee, immaculate shop, bathroom.....and he was so moved by how these people treated him he insisted I post this immediately. They fixed his car (several hours with multiple mechanics) and he made it home safely 300 miles away. He hugged the owner and was literally moved emotionally. (his words). He said "Praise the Lord for people like this, they went soooooooo far beyond the call of duty I have no words.".
