Milex is run by knowledgeable experienced Mechanics who really work hard to make quality repairs fast and accurate. They have fully explained any repairs they have done to any of the cars I have taken there in past 10 years. And the office staff is outstanding! Calls are always promptly returned and estimates given right over the phone always turn out to be accurate.

I just moved to Frederick, needed to find a garage. Customer service was awesome! They even fit me in to a last minute appointment when I was fearful to drive my car another week till my original appointment!!!

Taking my car to Milex in Frederick was the best decision I've made in months! I'd been having problems with a leak that had cropped up suddenly, and another repair shop had suggested lots of expensive testing that just didn't seem reasonable. I brought my car to Milex based on the great reviews from other customers, and I'm so glad I did! They found and fixed the problem right away, which the other shop should have easily been able to do. Milex took care of my car in such an honest and straight-forward manner, and I am so grateful! In addition to being honest, the people there are super nice, plus their rates are very fair. I will definitely be taking my car to Milex from now on.

The crew at Milex has always taken great care of my car, as well as me! On top of a feeling that they are truly working in your best interest, they seem to be able to help ease the minds of people who are facing large/costly repairs. I drive 135 miles from home to have them service my car EVERY TIME!!! I have had two vehicles taken care of by them, and as long as I live in MD will continue to have them care for my vehicles. I am only giving them a 5 because I can't give them a 10. Friendly, competent, and honest -- I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else -- and I have to drive 25 miles to get there. I recommend them to everyone I know.
