Wonderful experience. Through no fault of the people working, they had to get the correct part twice. We were kept informed at all times and the staff apologized. We were still finished within an hour. We would highly recommend Milex.

Staff is always friendly and greets you when you arrive. They have taken all the appropriate precautions in regards to COVID-19 and specified by the health department. All maintenance was completed in a timely manner. During inspection the discovered a couple of additional items that required prompt attention and acquired my permission prior to proceeding. Milex never goes beyond the boundaries of your scheduled service / repair without the customers approval. The have highly skilled mechanics and always do a fantastic job.
