I met Albert and his staff about 9 years ago when I was graduating high school after my Dad introduced to his local shop. He was able to help with me first car and the maintenance required. I moved to Germantown for about 5 years and this past year came back to Frederick and had my first appointment this past weekend. Its definitely something to say about a company when you can come back almost a decade later and the service is consistently the same great brand. From the confirmation of the appointment, the fact I had to reschedule because of a work call to the drop off, and explanation of the work and services done. I am so happy I came back to Milex. Albert personally chatted with me and give. some good recommendations. Asked how my father was doing and overall is a fantastic person and business owner. Don't bother wasting your time with other auto shops. I will be returning each time I need service! Thanks Milex!!

Milex staff went out of their way to get the part that I needed, which was in VERY short supply (3 in the northern hemisphere!). They kept me informed of the status of my repair during the entire process, and even found a way to save me over $100 on the cost of the repair. Mr. Albert and his team are very courteous, highly professional, superbly competent, and refreshingly honest. My car was picked up from my home and returned there after the repairs were completed. Milex team worked late on a Friday (after normal closing time) so I could have my car back for the weekend. I truly appreciate their kindness. Milex will always have my business.
