Hands down the best service in Frederick. I am a young female & was expecting to get the run around about my AC system not blowing cold air. Boy was I wrong. Steve explained everything to me- listened to my concerns & allowed me to explain exactly what it is my car was doing. Within 4 hours they had my car torn down & called me telling me what it needed. Knowing I’m a broke college student, they gave me options for a couple of bandaid fixes to get me through the summer, as well as a complete fix to the AC condenser. Not to mention, i got to speak directly with the mechanic that did the work. He told me not to get rid of my car that it’s got a lot of life left in it- which is definitely something i want to hear from someone with a lot of experience. All in all I believe they have the best prices & lowest hourly labor rate. I have been to a lot of shops in Frederick but this Milex has gained a customer for life!!! Thank you Frederick Milex for fixing my AC & making these hot temperatures more bearable. ❤️
