It is hard to find an auto mechanic where you bring your vehicle, listen to the diagnosis, then say with confidence “ok, do the work”. However, Albert Daniel and his team of professionals have made it easy for me to develop trust in their recommendations and workmanship. I have a customer relationship with Milex dating back to 2008 when Mr. Daniel was the only service mechanic to successfully identify a drivetrain problem, then repair it. He saved me from the perils of dealers and amateur auto care companies who stated the only “fix” would be a transmission replacement. You’ve heard of Dr. Phil? Exceptional service, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, honest appraisal of work to be done (including cost and duration), best value. I drive from Germantown (about 30 minutes away) rather than use local mechanics, including dealers that are 5 to 15 minutes away. I trust Milex to perform all of my truck service. Any time I've checked pricing for an operation, they have always been less expensive. Albert, Steve, Betty and mechanics will make your expenditure of time and money more palatable.

A great shop! Steve and the staff do a first class job! Of note is that work done is work needed. Suggestions for additional work are made for the customer’s safety and maintaining their vehicle, not the Milex bottom line. I continue to have unmitigated faith in the service this shop provides!

The honestly and quality of service are unparalleled. Another national shop informed us that the battery was weak and that the front brakes needed replacement. We decided to take it to Milex of Frederick because of their service quality. To our surprise we we're informed that the battery checked book and a brake job will not be required for at least two more service schedule.
