I have been going to Milex for several years now. I needed a MD State Inspection; as always very knowledgeable about the specific vehicle. Thorough inspection, Detailed report, and notified in a timely manner which issues needed to be resolved. The details were explained to me in terms I could easily understand; Cost of service very reasonable - this shop is consistent in their quality of work and customer service.

Thanks to everyone at Milex for being helpful to the gal that calls and stops by saying "it's making this noise" and I try to (unsuccessfully) repeat it! Thanks for helping us out on short notice too! Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent service from start to finish and very honest. I was told the truth about a repair I thought I needed, but actually didn't. I was very impressed because I wouldn't have known the difference and would have authorized the work. I've been looking for a competent and honest car repair shop and I found one!!
