Great service. My parents visited me from Virginia and when headed home they found the alternator needed to be replaced. Milex made room in their schedule, confirmed the issue, obtained the part with a discount, handled the core charge, replaced the part, checked everything else, and gave my father a report on the health of his honda odyssey. Milex gave a veterans discount and has them back in the road in about 4 hours. Really appreciate the excellent service and flexibility. They took a lot of stress out of a stressful situation.

I brought my Toyota Highlander in for service because I suspected a transmission issue. After a thorough review including a test drive with machine hookup they determined the transmission was fine. They did find a motor mount issue which I was unaware of but will now get fixed as time and budgeting allowed. The team was professional and polite and provided exceptional service.

I’ve always had the best experiences with Milex and this time was no different. My cars have been well taken care of over the years and the mechanics and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine taking my cars anywhere else when they need service.
